Job Description

-Candidate must can be work at Construction site. -Minimum experience : 2years and above. -Communicating with team members, sub-contractors, main-contractors and other related parties. -Able to work independently. -Able to work on Monday to Saturday. -Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. -Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors. -Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee / workers attendance. -Evaluating the performance of construction workers and instituting disciplinary measure as needed. -Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications. -Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency. -Attend site meeting. -Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
