Location: Malaysia \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and understand applications in KNB and its business process in order to meet users\xe2\x80\x99 requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Involvement in managing new projects and enhancements which regards the application, and is the central point for SAP applications, between vendors and users. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate tasks and activities involved during implementation and/or enhancements and escalate issues to vendors and users where required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Log, follow up and monitor incidents and problems in MESD, and ensure its closure complies with SLA. \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain MyKSHCM system availability (including master data (SAP HR \xe2\x80\x93 OM, PA, TM), ESS/MSS (SharePoint), system integration, workflow (Agile Point) and Talent Management portal (Lamesa)) and ensure each component of MyKSHCM is working smoothly as expected. \xe2\x80\xa2 To provide related SAP production report on a need basis \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide guidance and assistance to users to effectively use the system and to propose a solution to fill in the gaps to achieve business process improvements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide training and guidance to users on the applications used in KNB. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide assistance and mentor team members whenever required. \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain work standards and to comply with ISO9001, ISO20000 and Khazana\xe2\x80\x99s K3P. \xe2\x80\xa2 Initiate internal program activities that include stakeholder management, development of business cases, HR transformation & benefits realization metrics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managed the HRIS project rollout for Asia Pacific, in conjunction with the global program. Modules implemented are core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management & Learning Management.
