Description Primary Objective: * Identify RPA/IPA opportunity within RHB Group and assess suitability for RPA/IPA * Conduct feasibility studies on potential RPA/IPA initiatives and identify business benefits / customer (external and internal) Description Primary Objective: Identify RPA/IPA opportunity within RHB Group and assess suitability for RPA/IPA Conduct feasibility studies on potential RPA/IPA initiatives and identify business benefits / customer (external and internal) benefits from RPA/IPA implementation Prioritise initiative and recommend for implementation strategy and timeline Engage with Process Owner to gather and document business requirements and co-develop solutions Perform Project Management for the full project / Change Request cycle - from assessment >> requirement stage >> design stage >> administer development >> user teat & acceptance >> implementation, control run and production run Secretariat to RPA/IPA PSC and member to Downstream/Upstream System Projects' PSC Key Responsibilities: 1. Stakeholder management Build rapport with Process Owners by understanding their processes and add value through RPA advisory Monitor RPA performance and inform stakeholder on service interruption / low productivity. Discuss with stakeholder to minimize business impact Identify opportunity for improvement and facilitate the process to implement the recommended solution 2. Manage RPA Bot installation and environment set-up, configurations, or any other relevant activities to optimize bot productivity. 3. Monitor all components operations and performance to ensure optimization of resources. Pro-actively monitor, manage and improve availability and performance of the production environments. Pro-actively manage the capacity of production applications and data. 4. Provide support on RPA Operations: Robots set-up ID Management Process Monitoring Incident Management Productivity Report 5. Perform incident management: Recording - log administration Investigation - liaise with all relevant parties to understand the root cause Solution management (reactive) within SLA - liaise with relevant parties to resolve the issue, i.e. work with IT partners / System Owners, Process Owners and RPA Development Team as needed. Root cause analysis and recommend preventive measure and provide future stability. 6. RPA Operations Continuity: BCP Management DR administration 7. Ability to be on call and provide off-site support out of office hours, weekend and public holidays. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Minimum Degree in IT. - Trained or certified in either programs (Visual Studio, C Sharp, JAVA) -More than 5 years experience in system development and maintenance, managing IT support, application development for the banking industry or IT Shared Services Interpersonal and communication skills Good analytical and problem solving skills Strong knowledge in Windows OS/server functions Strong technical skillsets in problem solving, testing and support Benefits Dental, Education support, Miscellaneous allowance, Medical, Loans, Sports (e.g. Gym), Parking, Vision, Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays, Casual Business Wear, Performance Based Rewards
