Job description
In your new role you will:
- Responsible for maintaining the overall competency development framework and support training needs for the competency gaps.
- Reporting of Competency Assessment results and gap analysis.
- Monitoring of Development Measures and KPI reporting.
- Supports in Competency Development Roll out activities to other sites and monitors timely progress.
- Supports and involves in BE Academy organized workshops and activities.
- Update online training catalogues, arrange and roll out functional trainings.
- Works closely with HR on training activities, Operational Excellence, Operations, Technical staffs to accomplish goals.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or preferably HR Training equivalent.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years working experience in Semiconductor Industry or HR Training equivalent.
- Familiar with Technical competency development or any equivalent training programs.
- Computational skills including excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office application.
- Experienced in facilitating multi-disciplined level groups of employees. Establish a plan and get people together to achieve competency goals.
- Ability to facilitate virtual and face to face classroom instruction with employees in various technical fields.
