Update online training catalogues, arrange and roll out functional trainings. Works closely with HR on training activities, Operational Excellence, Operations, Technical staffs to accomplish goals. Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or preferably HR Training equivalent. Minimum 1 to 3 years working experience in Semiconductor Industry or HR Training equivalent. Familiar with Technical competency development or any equivalent training programs. Computational skills including excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office application. Experienced in f acilitating multi-disciplined level groups of employees. Establish a plan and get people together to achieve competency goals. Ability to facilitate virtual and face to face classroom instruction with employees in various technical fields.
