Responsible & sustain shop-floor systematics: SMT, Shopfloor1-2-3, LPA, QRA, Gemba Walk, 5S, FSA & AMA. Analyze the data and drive improvements to prevent reoccurrence of same deviations. Cascade the plan to SMT Facilitator to SMT teams.
Responsible in ensuring the effectiveness on the SMT Systematics, Training & Communication that are implemented in shopfloor.
Responsible in driving quality topics (e.g. Man related Operative failures & FAR cases).
Provide Operative Failure & Clean Room Time data (including repeated violations) in weekly basis to MFG and cultivate discipline mindset among shop-floor personnel.
Responsible for SMT program refinement, harmonize and roll out to shop-floor. Develops systematic way to assess SMT performance, define gap, propose improvement plan and monitor the progress. Drive SMT in improvement program or activities e.g. SGA.
Supports People Engagement Pillar in cascading survey and promote good working environment among shop-floor e.g. Glint survey to achieve encouraging participation rate.
Your profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering / Manufacturing or any relevant qualifications
More than 5 years of working experience in the field of Electronics / Electrical industry, preferably with knowledge in Back-End Semiconductor processes
Good interpersonal skill and able to engage with all levels of people in the organization.
Good in problem solving skill
People management skill
