Objective of the Position:

• Responsible to create or update pricing conditions and rebates commercial agreements and conditions in SAP S4 HANA or Vistex Pricing and Rebate Module.
• Active governance of Master Data workflows, which connect multiple platforms across Elanco's infrastructure, ensuring that data created or changed via Global Data Model compliant and commercially accurate. Timelines and quality meet the agreed service levels and target.
• Leads the troubleshooting or investigation of issue/problem arise. May lead a small, local project or support / actively participate in a larger project.
• Identified techniques to increase productivity to exceed customer requirements.

Functional Task (including but not limited to):

• Administer master data workflows tools, processes, and the execution of mass updates. Ensure high quality and comprehensive validation of master data according to data governance standards and rules.
• Liaise with other departments in resolving of pricing queries, pricing extensions using internal pricing tools.
• Creation or changes of rebate program or agreements are reflected into rebate methodology timely to ensure the correctness in the rebate computation.
• All requests should be processed according to the established work instruction and process definition guideline, accuracy and the completeness of the creation/change request processed should be ensured.
• Anticipate, collaborate or coordinate with other teams to resolve cross-team issues impacting cash collection/revenue recognition or raise issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
• Continuously strengthen the compliance culture within the team by ensuring that the delivery of internal controls, standards or rules, and service level and KPI targets is regularly reviewed and controlled.
• Ensure that deadlines for report submission are met consistently and customer or business partner queries are attended and resolved in a timely manner, responsible and proactive manner.
• Completes tasks and meet all compliance related requirements, including audit request, SOX Control and adherence to Elanco policies and procedures with minimal supervision.
• Actively support, participate or may lead any project related to system enhancement, process improvement for master data management with influence on accuracy, efficiency, and compliant master data management process.
• Lead or implement the improvement initiative for existing processes and solutions.
• Undertake other tasks that may be assigned from time to time, as required by Elanco Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration with 2 - 5 years of related industry experience or equivalent in Master Data Management or other accounting function in an MNC or Shared Service.
• Proficiency knowledge and understanding of Master Data Management and Accounting Functions.
• Proficiency knowledge and experience of operating ERP System - SAP Module and MS Office Tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience using the ServiceNow or Sales Force is a plus but not require.
• Have experience in supporting medium to high complexity tasks and participating in a medium to large size project initiatives.
• Lean/Six Sigma exposure or equivalent is desired.
• Progressive mindset and aptitude in learning and adapting to technology and productivity tools.
• Proficient in English is mandatory; multi-lingual is required if you support Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China, Thailand and Vietnam.
• Additional hours at critical times (e.g., month-end) may be required. Also, and on an exceptional basis, the role may require work on public holidays.
