Job description
In your new role you will:
- Responsible for segment Year on Year (YoY) productivity by continuously explore for Efficiency & Effectiveness improvement
- Drive for new idea generation / opportunities exploration to fill up NLoP /NLoPG pipeline filling
- Drive Target Setting process and support TCR process KPI/Productivity projects, gather the potential ideas from various functions and drive for commitment.
- Provide PMO support for all I4.0@BE projects including project tracking, reporting and escalation management
- Work with development , engineering, production on LTCR (5 Years) improvement roadmap, active participate on business case construction especially PCM related area.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Preferable Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering
- More than 10 years working experience and in work study, plant layout, material standard and headcount modeling
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with individuals at various levels of the organization
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple and concurrent priorities
- Good analytical skills, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in PC applications and AutoCAD
