In your new role you will: Lead and manage I4/AI project s as Project Manager (PJM) or Technical Lead involving cross functions and multidicipline (hardware, software) and ensure successful integrated to process work method. Drive automation solution or AI related projects with production, engineering and solution provider (internal/external) to actualize business values. Ensure high project execution quality from ideation to deployment. Actively engage with stakeholders to improve and optimize process and cost position by challenging status quo and limitation. Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Master\'s degree/Bachelor\'s Degree/Professional Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering and equivalent fields. Minimum 5 years working experience in the related environment. Preferably PJM certification (e.g. IPMA, PMP). Knowledge in manufacturing process (preferably semicon), automation, robotics, and sensor system or test equipment developments will be an advantage Self-driven, result oriented and possess strong analytical skills Able to work with cross-functional team and independently with minimal supervision Effective interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder.
