Job description
In your new role you will:
- Lead and manage I4/AI projects as Project Manager (PJM) or Technical Lead involving cross functions and multidicipline (hardware, software) and ensure successful integrated to process work method.
- Drive automation solution or AI related projects with production, engineering and solution provider (internal/external) to actualize business values.
- Ensure high project execution quality from ideation to deployment.
- Actively engage with stakeholders to improve and optimize process and cost position by challenging status quo and limitation.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Master\'s degree/Bachelor\'s Degree/Professional Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering and equivalent fields.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the related environment.
- Preferably PJM certification (e.g. IPMA, PMP).
- Knowledge in manufacturing process (preferably semicon), automation, robotics, and sensor system or test equipment developments will be an advantage
- Self-driven, result oriented and possess strong analytical skills
- Able to work with cross-functional team and independently with minimal supervision
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder.
