Assist team lead in overall operations for recruitment support operations
Manage, evaluate and reduce risk by implementing compliance processes within the team
Provide advisory services to oversea HR in secondment/transfer and hiring processes
Build and maintain strategic working relationship with related counterparts within HR i.e. HR Business Partner, Recruiter, HR System Team, HR Data Team and oversea counterparts in the vision of smooth execution of process across the Group
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance and Internal auditing:
Monitor execution of BNM Employee Screening and guide team members to attend to related enquiries
Evaluate risk within the operations in recruitment and submit compliance reporting using Ops Risk Evo System.
Develop plan and monitor personal file auditing exercise to ensure compliance to recruitment manuals and guidelines especially for mandatory documentation for hiring and onboarding.
Organize internal compliance briefing sessions to team members and cultivate best recruitment practices
Recruitment Support Operations:
Keep abreast with update from Group Procurement to align processes. Review procurement documentation to meet due diligence and approval process.
Review issuance of Letter of Employment and compliance processes / documentations in relation to hiring e.g. BNM Employee Screening, AML and criminal check, CTOS
Review manuals and guidelines and updating from time to time as and when required
Vendor Management:
Monitor yearly vendor evaluation and engagement renewal
Oversee new panel appointment of recruitment agency vendors and for subsequent renewals
Monitor assessment and recommendation of vendors based on Group Procurement guidelines and recruiter\xe2\x80\x99s evaluation
Review legal documentation and agreement clauses before signing of agreements
Work closely with Group Legal and Group Procurement and keep abreast of any updates on the legal requirement and processes.
HR International:
Review and verify recruitment documents and hiring proposal submission from RHB overseas entities and ensure the propose offer is aligned with recruitment guideline
Provide advisory services to overseas HR representatives to align the process with recruitment support and onboarding processes
Participate in sourcing and interview coordination for overseas key position i.e HR Head and CEO position
Keep track on quarterly submissions from HR overseas on recruitment governance
Provide consultation on appointment proposal preparation for overseas CEO and HR Head
Issuance secondment / transfer letter to employee on international mobility assignment
Other ad hoc task as and when assigned
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s Degree in any field
At least 5 years working experience
Knowledge in HR practices and Employment Act
Possesses strong analytical skills and able to work independently to deliver value to businesses and stakeholders
