Develop comprehensive technical documentation, specifications, submissions, proposals, and method statements.
Generate requisite project completion drawings to ensure the successful execution of construction initiatives.
Conduct on-site and laboratory assessments on construction materials, perform surveys, and produce accurate drafts.
Deliver articulate technical presentations elucidating the features and benefits of the company's products and services
Ensuring the timely delivery of technical documents with a minimized error rate.
Supervise and guide Jr. Technical Engineers in technical documentation, including specifications, submissions, proposals, and method statements, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.
Cultivate awareness regarding the company's product portfolio and diverse service offerings.
Foster enduring and robust relationships with existing clients and prospective stakeholders within the commercial construction sector
Participate in networking, promotional events, and trade exhibitions to advocate for the company's products and services, while also gathering valuable market intelligence.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
3 year of exposure and working experience as Sr. Technical Engineer or equivalent.
Experience in Construction or related industries are strongly preferred.
General interest in waterproofing specialization.
Communicate effectively with Management and all other levels of employees.
Familiarity with computer systems and software's i.e. Microsoft, AutoCAD.
