Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion. Manage project resources to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget requirements. Prepare, review, and submit relevant project documents, including progress reports, technical proposals, and method statements. Lead tender-related tasks such as technical assessments, quantity checking, and project feasibility reviews. Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues. Conduct technical presentations, prepare reports, and support management in decision-making. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior and/or Management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project engineering, preferably in tender or HQ-based roles. Strong technical knowledge in design, construction methods, and engineering standards. Experience in preparing technical reports, method statements, and tender documents. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office applications. Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
