Job Responsibilities :

As the Senior Total Rewards Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing and administering the compensation, benefits, and equity programs. Your responsibilities will include overseeing compensation program management, benefits program management, stock plan administration, equity grant processing, sales incentive administration, performance management support, policy development and compliance, communication and training, vendor management, and staying up-to-date on industry trends. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure that Razer maintains competitive and effective total rewards programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

  • Compensation Program Management: Administer compensation programs, including updating salary structures, variable pay plans, and bonus programs. Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices. Analyze compensation data and make recommendations for adjustments based on market trends and internal equity considerations. Participate in annual salary and benefits surveys.
  • Benefits Program Management: Responsible for the renewal of regional employee benefits insurance programs. Analyze market trends and benchmark data and collaborate with HR leadership to evaluate plan options and recommend changes or enhancements to the benefits programs. Develop and deliver employee communication materials, presentations, to educate employees about available benefits, plan changes, and wellness initiatives.
  • Stock Plan Administration & System Management: Administer Razer\'s equity compensation programs. Ensure compliance with plan documents, company policies, and relevant regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of equity grants, exercises, and cancellations. Utilize equity administration systems to track and manage equity data, grants, exercises, and generate reports.
  • Equity Grant Processing: Coordinate the issuance of equity grants to new hires and eligible employees. Work closely with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure accurate and timely grant processing.
  • Sales Incentive Administration: Responsible for the administration of sales bonus plans, including the issuance of sales target/payout letters and sales bonus payout calculations.
  • Focal Review/Performance Management: Support performance management programs, including annual goal-setting, performance evaluations, feedback and talent review as it ties to Focal Review and rewards decisions. Assist in the focal review process by providing data analysis and insights to support compensation decision-making. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure the focal review process is conducted accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining Rewards, Benefits and Performance policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Communication and Training: Maintain and deliver communication materials and training programs to educate employees and managers on Total Rewards-related policies, programs, and practices. Ensure clear and consistent communication of the total rewards philosophy, pay practices, and performance expectations.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external service providers, such as insurance brokers, stock plan administrators, transfer agents, and brokerage firms, to ensure the smooth operation of benefits and equity compensation programs. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in rewards and recognition programs
Pre-Requisites :
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and insurance benefits.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze compensation data, market trends, and benchmarking information.
  • Strong understanding of performance management processes and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including HR, finance, legal, and external service providers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze talent and compensation data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
