forward, apply to join our team today.Get to know the Role:Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns that are aligned with company-wide
objectives, as well as budget management and target tracking.You will be leading the
marketing efforts for GrabFood, and will have to work closely with business
stakeholders for alignment.To succeed in this role, you need to be a self-motivated individual who can perform
under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You should have a clear
understanding of end-to-end marketing strategies, and be able to break down complex
issues into executable strategies and detailed tactics.As the Marketing team is responsible for driving multiple Grab services in Malaysia, the
ideal candidate should possess the ability to adapt quickly in an ever-changing
landscape and be ready to move with the needs of the business.Critical Tasks you will perform:
70% Marketing Communications and Go-to-Market Campaign Lead

  • You will responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of strategic campaigns including concept ideation, media and demand planning, go-to-market strategy and budget planning. React fast to mid-campaign performance and optimise in between campaign activities.
  • You will manage reporting and analysis across marketing campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach.
  • You will work with internal and external key stakeholders (e.g., PR, Digital Performance, Market Research, Agencies) as well as Business and Operations teams (e.g., Product, Commercial, Legal, Finance, BD) to ensure best-in-class consumer experience with your campaigns.
20% Lead Marketing StrategyYou will drive business growth across all target segments via acquisition and retention
initiatives that hit business objectives and build brand loyalty.10% Curate Marketing Insights
  • You will work with our marketing analytics and consumer research teams to analyse insights into how consumers are using our platform and translate these into innovative campaigns.
  • You will collaborate with various stakeholders (including creative, media and social media agencies) to develop memorable output that inspires consumer confidence and action.
QualificationsWhat Skills You Will Need
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce and/or F&B marketing.
  • You have experience in driving user engagement across both online and offline platforms.
  • You have experience in team and project management, including effective management of people and resources.
  • You have the ability to cascade clarity around priorities and targets.
  • You are familiar with the entire marketing mix and customer journey, with a good knowledge of how and when to leverage different marketing channels for brand activation. You have a clear understanding of how to plan an end-to-end marketing rollout for new campaigns (e.g., product launches, consumer campaigns, merchant campaigns).
  • You are results-oriented and data-driven, able to make data-informed decisions for a marketing plan. You have a proven track record of utilizing data to form innovative and interesting ideas that are successfully operationalized into impactful marketing campaign execution.
  • You are resourceful and creative, with a knack for identifying great creative marketing. You work well with creative people, knowing how to brief and manage them to deliver the most impactful creative work.
  • You have proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and are familiar with remote working/collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Zoom, and Slack.
