Job Description

Process service billing/ invoices, potentially inventory/office supplies and maintain accurate customer/vehicle records. Prepare and submit free service claims, warranty claims, track parts, reconcile payments and handle service records. Prepare reports, monitor daily productivity, and support management with data analysis.

Job Requirement



SPM/Diploma/Degree or related field. Proficiency with office software and industry-specific systems, organization, basic automotive knowledge, strong organizational and time management skill, excellent communication (written & verbal), problem-solving. Friendly, professional, works well in a fast-paced setting.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
