Responsibilities and Duties:
? Maintain strong customer relationships and collect feedback on vehicle service
requirements.
? Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms or issues.
? Inspect vehicles and advise customers on recommended maintenance or repairs.
? Provide cost estimates for services and obtain customer approval before proceeding.
? Detail-oriented with the ability to provide solutions to customers.
? Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the team to ensure timely
completion of work.
? Communicate updates and service recommendations to customers during the repair
process.
? Address customer questions or concerns regarding service, warranties, and vehicle
care.
? Process payments, invoices, and warranty claim accurately.
? Maintain detailed records of service transactions, customer interactions, and vehicle
history.
Qualifications:
? Technical and Vocational education and training in automotive technology is
beneficial.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively
interacting with customers, explaining technical information, and documenting
service details
? Familiarity with automotive repair terminology and processes is a plus.
? Basic knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and repair procedures helps in
understanding customer concerns and providing accurate service recommendations.
? Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records in a
fast-paced service environment.
? Proficiency in using computer software and systems for scheduling appointments,
generating service orders, and processing payments.
? Collaborative attitude to work effectively with service technicians, parts department
staff, and other team members to meet customer needs and achieve service
department goals.
