Service Advisor:
Welcome customers professionally and record their service KM or complaints.
Open job and ensure all required information is documented properly.
Conduct a visual inspection of the vehicle with the customer.
Communicate job progress, service recommendations, and estimated costs.
Coordinate with workshop and technical teams for job completion and timely delivery.
Conduct final vehicle quality check before handover.
Prepare and explain the invoice to the customer clearly.
Ensure all paperwork and invoices and receipts are complete. Proper documentation must be filed for every transaction
General Responsibilities:
Ensure customer facilities are always in excellent condition:
Air-conditioning is functioning.
Refreshments are available and clean.
Waiting area and restrooms are clean and well-maintained.
Maintain good teamwork with technicians, service teams, and other departments.
Continuously learn about new vehicle features, service protocols, and warranty procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
