Service Advisor

Job Description

Greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns, provide friendly and professional service. Ask questions, perform visual inspections/road tests to pinpoint mechanical problems. Prepare detailed cost/time estimates, write clear repair orders for technicians. Update customers on work status, delays, and explain completed work/charges. Liaise with technicians/foremen to track job progress. Promote service packages, parts, and additional needed maintenance. Handle customer complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction. Conduct post-service calls to gauge satisfaction and identify improvements.

Job Requirement



SPM/Diploma/Degree in Automotive or related field (often preferred). Previous customer service or automotive experience would be an added advantage. Excellent communication, organization, basic automotive knowledge, problem-solving, attention to detail. Friendly, professional, customer-focused, works well in a fast-paced setting.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
