Location : Petaling Jaya
Salary : RM RM 3500 - RM5000
job description
- Responsible for appointment scheduling with customer upon receiving purchase order aligned with arrival of parts and tools
- Communication of mission dates to in-house and field technicians and any deviation and route planning for missions
- Check and ensure availability of spare parts, wear parts and tools at customer or with the technician
- Selection of technicians for missions, plan according to priorities and competence of the technicians
- Fixing the date of the mission in accordance with customer and field technician
- Cost and time optimized travel planning
- Report to service manager in time about capacity shortages and in case of skill problems of field technician
- Assign freight forwarder and manage custom clearance
- Handling machine order, shipping including arrival at port
- Manage other administrative, office and technical tasks as assigned by the immediate superior
- A diploma / degree in Business Administration or any related discipline
- 1-3 years working experience in coordination/ organization or any similar field
- Good command of English \xe2\x80\x93 both spoken and written
- Team player with strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills
- Proactive working attitude and quick learner
- Excellent communication skills
- 5 days work week
