Company : Sime Darby Industrial Sdn Bhd Preventive Maintenance Command Center - To assist branches in managing Preventive Maintenance jobs focusing on across Sarawak Region to ensure machine due / overdue for Preventive Maintenance alerts being consistently being communicated to branches and being executed within 50 hours. - To schedule Preventive Maintenance jobs in advance and communicated with customers as well as branches. - To work with branch operation in communicating schedule so that the schedule being executed. - Ensure SOS were analyzed on every Preventive Maintenance jobs and CAT Inspect report was done on every Preventive Maintenance jobs Process and System - To develop proper system and process required to support branches in managing and planning of the machine health, alerts and maintenance. - To enhance the process delivery through better integration via Vision Link and AX System. - To develop and improve the capabilities in the implementation and management of Preventive Maintenance Command Center. - To establish key performance indicators to track results and measure the Preventive Maintenance Command Center performance. Product Offerings - To assist in the development of Preventive Maintenance Command Center offerings that meet/exceed industry expectations and customer needs. - To raise internal and external awareness on PMCC value proposition. Profitability - To ensure the achievement of the targeted profitability through PM recommendations made to customer. - To monitor and report any variation from the assigned targets. Projection and Forecasting - To formulate plan and strategies to ensure achievement of the projected figures. - To monitor closely the projection achievement and revise plan/strategies where and when necessary to ensure achievement.
