Kelayakan

  • Minimum 2 years experience in related field
  • Familiar with product knowledge
  • Must be computer literate
  • Good PR and communication skills
Tanggungjawab
  • Taking service inquiry calls from customers or clients and dispatching the suitable customer service associate to address questions.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints, or special orders via mail or phone.
  • Receiving and processing orders, providing information concerning changes, pricing in service, and shipping for spare parts
  • Referring complaints of service or product failure or errors to appropriate personnel for investigation
  • Communicating solutions, successes, and opportunities to the Manager of customer service.
  • Maintain service records and update documentation
  • Coordinate activities with sales, repair and customer service team
  • Required to carry out duties and job functions as may be assigned when the need arises.
  • The company reserves the right to change responsibilities and duties where circumstances dictate
