Key responsibilities

Customer service:

Greet customers, present menus, and make them feel welcome.

Order taking:

Accurately take food and drink orders, and communicate any special requests or dietary needs to the kitchen staff.

Serving:

Deliver food and beverages to customers promptly and with a positive attitude.

Payment processing:

Handle transactions, including operating cash registers and processing payments.

Table and area maintenance:

Set up tables, clear and clean tables, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Problem-solving:

Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism.

Communication:

Effectively communicate with both customers and kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Required skills and qualities

Excellent customer service skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Flexibility and a willingness to take on extra tasks. Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
