To support the Senior Executive in managing documentation, data collection, and operational execution to ensure smooth and efficient service operations across Samurai Academy and related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Samurai Academy Support
Assist in coordinating and monitoring training processes in line with Samurai Academy's standard syllabus.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain and update process documentation under the guidance of the Senior Executive.
Compile training records, audit results, and feedback reports for management review.
Operational Support
Assist in preparing and organizing outlet CI setup kits (tools, signage, uniforms, and related materials).
Audit & Field Data Collection
Conduct initial site surveys and collect required data (photos, measurements, and safety compliance checks).
Support quality audits by preparing checklists and summarizing findings for review.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
Gather feedback from sprayers, supervisors, and outlet owners after training or CI setup.
Report recurring issues or improvement opportunities to the Senior Executive for follow-up actions.
Job Requirements
Education & Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in operations, training coordination, or documentation will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and documentation skills with great attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable handling reports or data entry.
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Basic understanding of training coordination or audit processes is an advantage.
Able to multitask and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Good interpersonal skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
