Better Career AdvancementAs a Service Engineer, you will provide technical solutions and troubleshooting for clients, handle technical issues, and perform services such as installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment. Your role will also involve refurbishments, upgrades, inspections, preventative maintenance, and corrective actions. You will work closely with team members to ensure clients receive excellent responses and support.Key Responsibilities1. Provide technical solutions and troubleshooting for clients.2. Handle technical issues faced by clients/customers, especially after-sales.3. Perform technical services, including fixing, installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment (products: aerial work platform (AWP), scissor lift, forklift equipment, construction engineering machines, etc.).4. Conduct service activities like refurbishments, upgrades, inspections, preventative maintenance, and corrective actions.5. Collaborate effectively with team members to solve problems and ensure client satisfaction.Job Requirements1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Technical or equivalent.2. Technical education or college-level background in engineering.3. Two years of relevant work experience in the machinery and equipment industry; experience with heavy machinery is a plus.4. Team player with strong coordination skills.5. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.6. Young, energetic, and strong in organizational and time management skills.7.
