We are looking for a Service Sales Manager who would like to grow with us, clearly defined by three things: CommITted \xc2\xb7 Connected \xc2\xb7 Converged! As a Service Sales Manager, you will have a chance to:

• Create, plan and implement service sales strategy by effectively utilizing internal service and sales tools especially on promoting value add service offerings
• Work with Sales Team on proposing the best suited Service Model based on customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs
• Maximise sales and work towards successful delivery of the solution with Service Delivery Manager, Solution Managers, and other relevant internal parties
• Support Sales Team to achieve business targets, win new business and renewals and consistently deliver the highest levels of customer service
• Establish long term customer relationships with key customers and decision makers by understanding the requirements, regulations and exhibiting high expertise in technical solutions and products
• Manage product sales, pipeline forecast and profitability reports to be presented to the Management

We are looking for an individual with:

• Holds a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Professional Certificate from a recognized institution, preferably in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT especially in sales, business development
• Good knowledge of IT hardware, software & services
• Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Fluent in English and good customer handling skills
• Willing to travel
