Job Description

Assist in maintaining Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) legal compliance in accordance with Malaysia legislation Assist in implementation and maintaining the quality execution of JDE HSE standards Assist in maintaining Health, Safety, and Environment Management System (HSEMS) based on ISO14001 & ISO45001 Coordinate incident investigation based on JDE guideline and Malaysia legislation (as required) Liaise with and provide assistance to Malaysia authority and HSE contractors (as required) in carrying out his/ her duty Conduct training and safety briefing to JDE associates and external contractors Assist in performing internal and external audit (ISO requirement and JDE SHE Scan) Organize and coordinate HSE programs and campaigns Collect and report HSE data to JDE, perform trend analysis and monitor progress of HSE KPIs Collaborate with other departments and functions in ensuring HSE requirements are fulfilled The successful candidate is expected to start working, early JANUARY 2024 at Ipoh plant. Qualifications Professional Certificate in Safety & Health / Diploma / Degree in Engineering / OSHA (Environmental/Health/ Safety) or equivalent.
