Candidate must possess at least SPM, STPM, Certificate or equivalent.
Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
Have basic knowledge on Gmail, Google Sheets, and Excel
Computer literacy skills.
Fresh graduates / school leavers encouraged to apply.

Tanggungjawab

Monitor daily operation of shipping activities and operational functions.
Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of shipment documents.
Provide support on delivery schedules and monthly reports.
Assist in following-up on issues and complaints.
Work closely with respective person in-charge to ensure all customer requirements are well-coordinated.
Monitor and keep track on goods delivery as per schedule.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
