Job Description

The operations executive job duties include but are not limited to: \xe2\x80\xa2 Acquire and allocate resources to support operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrange and manage advance payments from charterers and final settlements when the voyage is complete. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with commercial analysis, preparation of operational and annual reports as well as laytime and off-hire statements on completion of each voyage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate the day-to-day operational activities, and liaise with external parties to ensure efficient commercial operation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Optimise utilisation of resources. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare ship position updates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Propose workflow improvements to improve efficiency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update clients on ship activities, personnel, refinery and fleet changes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update customer databases. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably male \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to converse in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.
