JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the inventory control and maintain all records for incoming and outgoing (self-collection) materials.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in loading and unloading cargo.
• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Organize
• transportation activities, managing information accrued from point of
• origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and
• arranging as necessary.
• Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low.
• Prepare
• documentation according to custom regulations and ensure all shipping
• documents/records are received and processed on time.
• Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Compile all completed declaration documents for forwarding agent.
• Ensure compliance according to the legal & regulations on reporting and declaration.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of logistic/ shipping operation experience is required for this position.
• Self-driven, meticulous and possess high degree of initiative and integrity.
• Strong customer service orientation, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literate, detailed, conscientious and able to work independently and in a team.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Logistics/ Warehousing or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Sungai Buloh.
