We are looking for detail-oriented Tour Operation Executive to assist our team with tour operation and booking needs. You will assist in tour arrangements such as booking flight, hotels, restaurants, guides, services, including answering customers\xe2\x80\x99 questions, pre-tour preparation, and performing office-based administrative duties. To be successful as a Tour Operation Executive, you must be able to work with minimal supervision and work with deadlines. Additionally, you should also possess outstanding negotiation and organising skills. Candidate who are passionate in travel is highly appreciated. Outstanding candidates should be a detailed-oriented team player that able to execute well-planned arrangements in accordance with itinerary requirements to ensure traveling as stress-free as possible for the group. Job Responsibilities: - Conducting research and comparison, which may include destinations, hotels, flights, restaurants, entrances and services.
- Checking the availability of accommodation, flights or transportation on the customers\xe2\x80\x99 desired travel dates.
- Negotiating the best rates with hotels, airlines, suppliers, rental companies, tour guides, and restaurants.
- Booking excursions, flights, hotels, guides and entrances, as well as arranging transport according to the itinerary finalized by the tour planner.
- Providing support to customers who may need to amend, upgrade or cancel a reservation.
- Answering any questions customers might have about the reservations.
- Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
- Updating and recording all bookings information on the database.
- Monitoring the bookings\' deadlines, cancellation policy, payment, and penalties.
- Arranging and allocating the flight seats, hotel rooms, and meals for customers, and preparing the required lists or documents for hotels, airlines, suppliers, and restaurants prior to the tour.
- Prepping the required documents and brief the Tour Manager before tour departures.
- Collecting and filing the invoices and receipts for all bookings.
- Getting feedback from the Tour Manager for improvements on future tours\' reservations.
- Forward all clients\xe2\x80\x99 addressing complaints or feedback to hotels, suppliers, restaurants after the tour.
