Attractive Salary Package : RM3,000 - RM5,000 Monthly (Negotiable) Advantage : Mandarin Literate * JOB ALERT: If you are in the logistisc industry, got knowledge and experience in logistics, imports & exports documentation, most importantly dedicated to supervise & handling matters on shipping & logistic operation activities, then we are looking for you.

• Overall responsible for a wide variety of shipping & logistic operation activities.
• Involve in daily planning in co-ordination with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Supervise & handling on vessel booking, container delivery & loading arrangement, coordination on custom clearance process to ensure delivery schedule are met on time.
• Problem solving on transportation, logistics arrangement, import and export matters, customer issues and capable to propose corrective and preventive measurements.
• Able to execute planned tasks effectively and to communicate effectively with internal and external stake holders all time.
• Liaise with shipping companies to negotiate competitive freight rates and space bookings.
• Good knowledge for L/C compliance shipments and all legal aspect as per custom requirements.
• Check & ensure all billings are processed accurately and timely.
• Weekly & Monthly Reporting to Management.
• To provide operational sales support to sales team.
• Assist with any other tasks as and when required by Management.
• Office base in Balakong, Seri Kembangan Selangor.

Requirements

• Min 3 years working experience in related field (Executive Level and above are welcome to apply
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English, BM and Mandarin (Need to communicate with HK/China clients)
• Ability to work independently
• Must be well organized and able to meet tight deadlines
• Good knowledge, experience and understanding in logistics, imports & exports documentations.
• Good Knowledge in manufacturing line and Operations.
