Job Description

• Responsible for overall construction site planning, activities, operation, site meeting and completion of work on time
• Day to day management of the site, include supervising and monitoring the site labour force and works of subcontractors

--Planning the work and efficiency managing construction resources and materials at site in order to meet the planned deadlines

• Resolving technical difficulties and issues that may arise with Project Team or Engineering Consultant

--Maintain regular communication with Project team on any potentially delaying issues and propose remedial action(s)

• Prepare site diary on daily basis
• Ensure the smooth progress and efficiency of the construction works by adhering to quality control policy, in accordance with specifications standards, quality guidance, safety regulations on site and contractual obligations
