Candidate should possess at least Diploma in relevant courses.
A minimum of 2 years' working experience in architectural/ interior design or equivalent.
Preferable with knowledge and experience with M&E and IT Out
Preferable with GDL license
Ability to lead and understand commercial ID fit out construction DWG and MEP drawing.
Willing to work long hours prior project deliverables.
Able to handle project independently and works under pressure.
Extremely organized with good communication skills, proactive and positive attitude.
Detail-orientated (quality & finishing of the final products) with an aptitude for problem-solving.

Tanggungjawab

Responsible for overall project from start till handover appropriate with official documents comply with ISO/ client requirement.
Assist Project Manager to keep track the site work progress and cost control at site.
Ensure the project deliver on time with quality.
Ensure site workers and sub-contractors' workers at the site follow the OHSAS standard and legal authorities' requirements.
Prepare the weekly project report / safety report and daily report according to the ISO and OHSAS requirements.
