EWYS BINA SDN BHD Our core business is infra works especially in Road and Drainage works. However we have recently expanded and involve in minor building works. We are looking for suitable candidates to work with our projects in Klang valley, and not limited to outstation projects. Apart from technical knowledge and expertise, this role suits those with an outgoing personality and great analytical skills. CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER \xe2\x80\x93 Ipoh Tambun (6 months contract) Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and liaise effectively with clients / consultants and main contractors on construction activities.
• Responsible for the overall planning, overseeing and execution of the projects.
• Resolving all technical and construction issue at site
• Monitor and report work in progress to Project Manager / Project Director
• Manage project budget and ensure work completed within deadlines
• Check and review construction drawings against site conditions, contract of works
• Attend site meeting and site inspection with client, consultants and main contractor to sign off on handover.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Construction, Architecture, Civil engineering, construction management or equivalent.
• Min 5 years of working experience in construction projects
• Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
