: 1) Tender pricing / estimating 2) To prepare BQ, tender document, cost comparison for the tender project including source and negotiate the price with suppliers and sub-contractors, etc. 3) Project administration and documentation include preparation of sub-contract, VO, interim valuations, final accounts, etc. 4) Preparation of Letter of Award/ Appointment to subcontractors. 5) To handle ongoing projects and resolve contractual issues with clients. 6) Prepare & submit progress claims to clients and update progress claim reports monthly. 7) Play an important role in the pre-contract or post-contract and procurement administration. 8) Check for materials requisition and ensure materials are accurate within the project budget. 9) Monitor overall project delivery and ensure materials are in accordance with contractual items and conditions. 10) To forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project. 11) To track changes to the construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly. 12) To liaise with the client/consultants and other construction professionals such as site managers, project managers, site engineers, sub-contractors, suppliers and etc. 13) Maintain a positive relationship with all stakeholders. 14) Preparing quantity requirements and keeping track of materials 15) Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals. 16) Preparing reports, analyses, contracts documents, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents. 17) Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies. 18) To attend all relevant project meetings and site meetings, if necessary 19) Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets. 20) Traveling from the office to various sites if required. 21) Perform any other related duties assigned by the Contract Manager /Management from time to time.
