We are looking for a Site Security Executiveto drive excellence in overall aspects of Security Management & Technologies. A day in the life of... He/She is responsible to conduct monthly meeting, conduct daily briefings and coordination with Security Service Providers on issues, shortcomings and implementation of new instructions issued by the company. All incidents of theft, fraud or any other security related incidents are immediately reported and promptly investigated. He/She will monitor and review monthly Security KPI's such as :- a) Key control checklist - ensure proper record up keeping and labeled with 'Not to be Duplicated'. b) Attendance verification - Daily guards attendance, follow-up on absent guard for replacement, take note of short provision of guards for monthly billing. c) Patrolling clocking report - Daily patrol report for any missed points, identify any new blind spots for clocking/patrol. d) Conduct weekly unannounced spot checks to ensure security operation on site is as per requirement. He/She is responsible to implement the knowledge transfer and coordination of employees security awareness program on site such as : a) New employees Security Induction b) Crisis Management c) Liaison with the Police to conduct Security campaign once a year. d) Coordinate Site Security Committee meeting on a quarterly basis Custodian of site CCTV and ensure access card system is in good condition as per Nestle Group Security best practices a) CCTV system - trouble shooting and proper maintenance in avoiding unnecessary cost for repairs or replacement. b) Card access system - ensure access to facility is well-manned and controlled. He/she will actively monitor innovations in the security technology industry, to ensure that Nestl is up to date with new developments. a) Responsible for assessing and measuring effectiveness and performance with regards to physical protection security systems suggested by technical suppliers. b) Responsible for advising the MSM on the selection, briefing and performance monitoring of technical security equipment and external suppliers. Conduct annual Site Security Assessment with MSM based on previous assessment and new physical installation on site such as: a) New risk exposures b) Security Optimization i.e. maximization of resources available without compromising security. c) Improvement and innovation on best security practices and security enhancement. What will make you successful Knowledge of security in FMCG environment and some basic Fire and Safety knowledge. Minimum 3 years in Security operations. Computer literate in Power Point, Excel and Word. Basic knowledge of access control, cctv system operations and other electronic security systems. Diploma in Security Management or exposed to Security course and trainings. Positive attitude with self initiative to bring improvements and able to conduct investigations and report writing.
