We are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our growing team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans and meeting planned goals,

Job Requirement

- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Develop processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
- Developing and coordinating with marketing on lead generation

Added advantage:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5 years of experience in sales
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Excellent leadership skills Experience setting sales goals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
