Develop detailed product features and user stories as business requirements for RHB\xe2\x80\x99s business ventures
Bridge the gap between business and technical teams to ensure that business requirements are clearly identified, aligned and delivered between both teams
Manage end to end test activities for new implementation and enhancement of digital capabilities
Support activities to innovate existing user and product journeys to enhance user acquisition, user engagement and revenue streams
Support the assessment and optimization of operational processes that drive the user and product journeys
Key Responsibilities:
Translate user and product journeys into detailed user stories for technical development
Work closely with the technical team in ensuring that user requirements are clearly understood and translated accurately into technical requirements
Prepare/Review test scripts and perform user acceptance testing during the test phase
Work closely with the technical team to resolve defects and problems encountered
Co-facilitate workshops organized to ideate, prototype and refine the existing user journey with new product capabilities
Produce all documentation required for Compliance, Audit, Risk and Legal Governance procedures to obtain approval of new functionalities/processes
Perform knowledge transfer and provide support to enable Change Management and training activities
Support the activities to map, assess and optimize operational processes that drive the user journeys
Keeps up to date with digital trends, technology solution providers and assess their potential application to the user and product journeys
Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering or equivalen. Master\'s Degree - Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering or equivalen.
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Any related accreditation in design thinking, innovation or agile is advantageous but not compulsory
Min 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience, preferably with 2 years in Banking system implementation, business analyst, preferably digital projects

Ability to identify product features that address user needs and pain points
Ability to identify gaps and inefficiencies in operational processes and develop solutions to address them

Basic understanding of the systems used in banking
Experienced in the preparation of user stories or functional specifications for technical development
Experienced in the development of test cases, test scripts and conducting user acceptance testing
Understanding of design thinking, agile and lean methodologies
