Conversant in Risk and Compliance incorporating risk controls in process development Adopt Group risk management framework across CPBB client to consistently apply policies and standards. Ensure strict compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities. Continuously enforce control environment and to apply mitigation when the risks are not avoidable. Exercise due care and diligence in ensuring anti-money laundering and KYC requirements are comply with. Assist the Head, Strategic Business Enablement prioritizing process improvement focus areas for Malaysia. Work with the Business Heads to identify and drive process effectiveness initiatives. Support in-country teams in managing critical regional process effectiveness projects. Work with support function heads to actively address thematic issues and significant operational problems as they arise. Work with the Country Business Teams, Functions and BORMs to drive a standardization agenda for businesses and countries in the region, ensuring alignment with global process standards, improving efficiency and scalability. Act to minimize operational loss and audit failures and ensure appropriate focus on issues and resolutions. Ensure lessons learnt are addressed in other areas which has similarities. Manage and report on the project status, cost, issue and risk. Drive the project execution and ensure delivery is timely, within budget and meets the user requirements.
