Support all business initiatives under Group Shariah Business
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management
Support the BMs in their branch business plan
Ensure the sales targets are met through well-structured planning and execution of sales initiatives
Provide support towards the development of Islamic Business for Cawangan and Conventional Branches
Liaise with Product Development and Management on new campaign and new product launches
Develop a firm understanding of the customer base and operating complexities that exist within each of the Cawangan within the Network and manage them accordingly
Adopt one Cawangan and leverage on community banking initiatives to achieve the set target
Carry out marketing visit to business premises within the locality together with BM and achievement shall be reflected on mirror basis to recognize the effort
Engage closely with CBBC for target achievement
Present the syuQR presentation to targeted mosques with affluent community
Customer Service Management
Provide positive guidance to Cawangan team for good customer experience
Guide the Cawangan to provide high standards of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the Bank
People Management
Periodic visitation to Cawangan and Conventional Branches to facilitate smooth execution of Shariah Business
Motivate and coach BMs for higher performance
Feedback to RD\xe2\x80\x99s on staff performance, promotion, termination, salary increment and adjustment
Project Management
To support the RHB Islamic Banks\xe2\x80\x99 MOHE MySiswa project initiative
Liaison Officer for MOHE Project with relation to ATM installation and site system infrastructure/network readiness and availability during deployment
Other project related task (as assigned by the Bank)
