Description

Primary Objective:

  • Drive customer acquisition, satisfaction and retention
  • Grow market share and share of customers\xe2\x80\x99 wallet
  • Increase customers\xe2\x80\x99 product portfolio breath
  • Support business development business efforts with respective departments/divisions/business groups within RHB Group
  • Support all business initiatives under Group Shariah Business
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management
  • Support the BMs in their branch business plan
  • Ensure the sales targets are met through well-structured planning and execution of sales initiatives
  • Provide support towards the development of Islamic Business for Cawangan and Conventional Branches
  • Liaise with Product Development and Management on new campaign and new product launches
  • Develop a firm understanding of the customer base and operating complexities that exist within each of the Cawangan within the Network and manage them accordingly
  • Adopt one Cawangan and leverage on community banking initiatives to achieve the set target
  • Carry out marketing visit to business premises within the locality together with BM and achievement shall be reflected on mirror basis to recognize the effort
  • Engage closely with CBBC for target achievement
  • Present the syuQR presentation to targeted mosques with affluent community
Customer Service Management
  • Provide positive guidance to Cawangan team for good customer experience
  • Guide the Cawangan to provide high standards of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the Bank
People Management
  • Periodic visitation to Cawangan and Conventional Branches to facilitate smooth execution of Shariah Business
  • Motivate and coach BMs for higher performance
  • Feedback to RD\xe2\x80\x99s on staff performance, promotion, termination, salary increment and adjustment
Project Management
  • To support the RHB Islamic Banks\xe2\x80\x99 MOHE MySiswa project initiative
  • Liaison Officer for MOHE Project with relation to ATM installation and site system infrastructure/network readiness and availability during deployment
  • Other project related task (as assigned by the Bank)
Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum Degree Holder.
  • Minimum 10-12 years experiences handling sales and business relation within RHB Group as well as external parties/customers.
  • Proven track record in sales and customer service, i.e. in Quartile 1 and 2
Knowledgeable on the Banks\xe2\x80\x99 procedures as well system/technical expertise related to the job position
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
System Infrastructure and IT System knowledge
