Description

Primary Objective:

Responsible for deliver and execute Cash Management Project to increase Cash Management product performance and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operation of delivery channel by constantly engaging the application management support team to ensure SLA for system uptime is maintained at all time.
  • Production logs \xe2\x80\x93 support the helpdesk/client support/implementation team in investigating and resolving system defects encountered by users (CFO/BBO).
  • Functional enhancement \xe2\x80\x93 Gather and validate new business requirement, raise user requirement (CR) document, review FSD/SOW from vendor, obtain budget approval and complete the SDLC process (UAT/UVT/PRT).
  • Major release \xe2\x80\x93 project manage the Implementation of new modules and functions, involving business case, business requirement, functional specification, SDLC, internal and regulatory approval on NPPM.
  • Conduct briefing on UAT planning between Group IT, Users, Vendor and Testers to set clear understanding on the scope of testing.
  • Prepare update on the monthly highlight on project initiatives, key cash management statistics, system disruption (if any), operational issues recorded for the month and other related report related to cash management system.
  • Review & continuous refinement of user interface, system workflow and system response time in order to increase the penetration, utilization and to improve client experience.
  • Channel administration \xe2\x80\x93 managing issues related to vendor management, audit, regulatory and compliance.
  • Develop new cash management product capabilities, product packages, improve product service or customer experience and customers onboarding process
  • Deliver and coordinate cash management product commercialization that include regulatory clearance, provide support on product marketing and liaise with Group Marketing to prepare communication for internal and external customers.
Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Economics, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or any other disciplines related to Banking & Finance.

Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry):

5-7 Years in Transaction Banking and/or Cash Management.
