Ensure timely and accurate submission of all regulatory reports.
Ensure compliance to the AML/CFT guidelines and reporting.
Ensure RACE project initiatives are followed through and actions taken by the respective owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with internal stakeholders (products, fund accounting, transfer agency, portfolio valuation teams) to ensure all regulatory reporting are completed timely, accurately and reviewed.
Strong familiarity in process/ guidelines operations and governance related to regulatory reporting.
Ensure all regulatory reporting are submitted to the regulators on time.
Recommend and implement improvements to the process flows as well as the internal controls over regulatory reporting
Ensure RACE project initiatives are cascaded to internal stakeholders for actions.
Ensure all RACE project action items are followed through by relevant stakeholders and timelines are adhered to.
Familiar with AML systems to obtain listing of alerts and liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of the alerts.
Timely completion of AML/CFT reporting
Monitor and follow up on actions in regards to AML/CFT alerts closure.
Requirements Requirements: Diploma - Business Management or related field.
At least 3-4 years working experience in asset management or related industry
Must possess good analytical skills and able to challenge non-adherence or non-compliance.
Strong knowledge in regulatory reporting requirements and timelines.
Strong knowledge in AML/CFT requirements
Able to work with all stakeholders to ensure timeliness and accuracy of reports
