Execute operational task that require functional expertise or skills
Produce necessary output, in line with the objective of the team
Provide feedback on key issues faced by both customers and teams
Independent checking for all type of functions in respective section are accurate & in compliance with the rules & guidelines
Execute and manage all type of payments in respective section timely & within SLA
Drive continuous improvement and optimization of processes to enhance customer centricity and productivity
Ensure accuracy & all payments are completed & accounted for.
Ensure all payments are executed with agreed TAT & accordance to SOP as well as regulatory requirement
Perform end of day balancing to ensure all are done accurately before closing the system.
Assisting the respective Team Lead to provide feedback and solution for job rotation, as to ensure the existing staff is exposed to other functions within the same circle.
Assisting the respective Team lead on plan and manage project timeline.
Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor Degree - related field and above.
Minimum 7-9 years experience in banking operation & process improvement initiatives
Expertise and capability of performing tasks relevant to the domain and delivering required output
Good problem solving skills
Ability to provide answers to impromptu questions
Good communication skills (ability to communicate/collaborate with team members)
Ability to be patient and actively listens to others, and understands others\' views
