Supervises and undertakes the custodian and movements of security documents and the maintenance of collateral data in the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s system
Supports the Team Lead in the overall management of the productivity and efficient utilization of resources
Supports the Team Lead to formulate and implement process improvements to increase productivity, improve TAT, mitigate risks
Key Responsibilities:
Subject matter expertise
Provide expertise and guidance to team members
Support best practice sharing across teams
Assist the Team Lead in the standard enforcement of:
Ensuring team members follow the standards and practices of their functional expertise
Ensuring key information is cascaded and necessary documentations are created (reports)
Supporting implementation of any initiatives at the team level
Assisting in the review of key processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
Ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements
Assisting in resource allocation across team based on demand and priorities
Assisting in mentoring the team
Help empower the team to work independently and self-manage
Supervising the security documents imaging
Assisting in the storage of security documents in strong room
Assisting the Team Lead in ensuring collateral details is correctly validated and security documents are intact as per system and management of security documents movements
Ensuring timely & accurate Security Compliance Confirmation
Dealing with the authorities (Police) in respect of application for replacement of loss of security documents
Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree; or
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Institution preferably with exposure in credit, operations, legal & loan documentation
