Description Primary Objective: Responsible to support CDE and CCRIS matters on all administrative work related to FLASH and able to provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement in Group Retail Credit:- Configure CDE rules & policies * Description Primary Objective: Responsible to support CDE and CCRIS matters on all administrative work related to FLASH and able to provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement in Group Retail Credit:- Configure CDE rules & policies Monitoring system performance & troubleshooting issues Ensuring security and IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently Compliance of BNM CCRIS guidelines Key Responsibilities: To guide and coach team members on CDE tasks given hence all task are able to be completed within SLA In-charge for any Change Request raised related to CDE matters To investigate any abnormal/failed transaction and to work closely with IT and vendor to resolve issue raised. To guide team members in UAT and Pre-Production environment for any enhancement related to CDE for all retail products Ensure parameter in CDE Client and FLASH UAT/Production maintain as per Change Request raised and approved To work closely with IT Team on CDE issue on investigation and temporary/permanent solution To liaise and work closely with Scorecard Team, Group Retail Credit Risk, Credit Evaluation Team (CE) & Products team on any issue related to Production application required investigation To involve in CDE Deployment during SIT/UAT/Pre-Production and Production implementation Responsible for personal output and productivity in line with target Direct communication among team members pertaining to daily WIP and clearance of any outstanding tasks Maintain a good working knowledge of the Bank's lending policies and procedures and identify exceptions to policy. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending course Participate in team initiatives and other related activities as required e.g. system enhancement implementation, Ad-hoc projects etc. To execute any tasks given as and when is required or to backup other team when the need arise Requirements Requirements: Diploma / Degree 1 year experiences in credit (would be and added advantage) and / or 1 year experiences in unsecured product industry and / or 1 year experience in CCRIS management Good conceptual skill and able to contribute towards business development and implementation Strong knowledge of credit policies and procedures Strong knowledge of CCRIS/BNM policies and procedures Strong knowledge of technical / logic / Microsoft Excel Benefits Dental, Education support, Miscellaneous allowance, Medical, Loans, Sports (e.g. Gym), Parking, Vision, Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays, Casual Business Wear, Performance Based Rewards
