Objective:
To define the communication strategy to develop the brand image, its visibility and reinforce locally its reputation over time.
Reinforce locally its reputation over time, through:
- Content : drive skincare authority thru influencers & content creators; content briefing; article for publisher
- Community: Proactive community management & riding on current trends for relevancy
- Tiktok focus; drive & support social commerce (live streaming)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Develop content strategy for all social platforms inc Tiktok content creators
- Working with agencies to create 50/50 local / international content directives to give maximum engagement
- Proactive community management - 100% response rate with personalized conversation using daily social listening tool & trend spotting to scout opportunities in engagement & conversation
- Drive Tiktok official account - followers and engagement/ conversion
- Seeding activities - monthly
- Social Commerce: live streaming support for marketplace and drive new recruitment for Gen Z consumer
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) State how the job can be measured:
- Sell in sell out target achievement; Recruitment Gen M Gen Z
- Social listening KPI: DBPI; share of influence: share of view ; share of engagement; net sentiment ;
- Tiktok focus: POE; followers; engagement; content creators focus
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in relevant function such as Marketing or Marketing Communications is preferred
- Outstanding communications and negotiations skills in speaking and writing for both Thai and English
- 6-8 years work experience in marketing or marketing communications /PR in beauty, luxury retail or fashion is advantage
- Ability to do strategic planning for brand communications and awareness campaigns
- Highly connected with already existing relationship with both online and offline media
- Avid team player - willing to be hands-on (no PR agency) and help with marketing efforts (lean team)
- Outstanding communications/presentation/inter personal skills in speaking and writing for English, Malay
- 6-8 years work experience in marketing or marketing communications /PR in beauty, luxury retail or fashion is advantage
- Ability to do strategic planning for brand communications and awareness campaigns
- Highly connected with already existing relationship with both online and offline media
- Avid team player - willing to be hands-on (no PR agency) and help with marketing efforts (lean team)
