Position Soft Services Executive Reporting to Building Manager Overall Role The Soft Services Executive is responsible for coordination and quality control of vendors\' delivery of security, housekeeping, fa ade cleaning, landscape and pest control services as well as responding to related helpdesk inquiries and requests. Duties & responsibilities What this job involves: Vendor Management Liaise, monitor and manage external vendors ( security, housekeeping, fa ade cleaning, landscape and pest control) to ensure timely and quality provision of services Inspect physical facilities and reports in relation to delivery of services and report any issues to Building Manager and client representative. Support development of sustainable operating solutions to improve services Resourcefully and calmly handle any issues and troubleshoot any unexpected situation within a timely frame Client Communications Build relationships and be attuned with clients Foster a sense of community and create happiness at work for the team, the client and their guest. Provide effective and accurate communication regarding all soft services Administration Duties Assist in related procurement activities Support the team with regular tracking, analysis and monthly report of soft services statistics. Adhoc responsibilities assigned by the Building Manager Candidate Specification Experience Experience in managing soft services, 2 years Prior experience in office environment, 2 years Task Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Good command of verbal and written Malay and English Personal Skills Ability to meet tight schedules and deliver high quality of work Good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills Sense of ownership and urgency A meticulous individual to anticipate client needs Proactive individual JLL, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
