\xe2\x80\xa2 \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop, execute and manage the foreign trade operations to support Malaysia business requirements according to service level agreement \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiate agreements and related Foreign Trade duties with involved parties internally and externally \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with Merchandise and others on conducting general market research in various product categories, suppliers, product specifications and product development \xe2\x80\xa2 Co-ordinate all activities and documents regarding all import/export shipments and foreign trade orders according to the defined procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Collate PR/PO for ordering with suppliers, track, review and report status of the order and invoice, deals with damaged, non-delivered, under/over orders goods with suppliers \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct supplier\xe2\x80\x99s analyses, evaluates potential suppliers, and manage the overall supplier qualification process \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and create sourcing plan, request for proposal, and other sourcing documents, evaluates and recommends purchasing and sourcing decision to management
