Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Conduct research to identify passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities
Review resumes, cover letters, and job applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
Candidate Engagement:
Engage and ensure a positive candidate experience through personalized outreach, networking events, and informational interviews to build relationships and promote the employer brand
Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the organization's values, culture, and career opportunities to candidates
Vendor Management:
Handling all enquiries and negotiation with External Vendors ( Agencies and Job Portals)
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the iCIMS
Generate reports and analytics to track key recruitment metrics, such as OTD, cost-per-hire, and candidate sourcing effectiveness
Employer Branding and Marketing:
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice
Create compelling job postings and marketing materials to attract top talent to open positions
Organise and Participate career fairs throughout Malaysia and other supporting countries if required
